Dave Matthews Band formed in Charlottesville, Virginia, in early 1991 when vocalist/guitarist Dave Matthews decided to put some songs he had written on tape. Instead of simply recording himself with a guitar, he opted to bring in some instrumental help to give his musical ideas more depth. What followed is an incredible musical career spanning over twenty years and counting, during which time they’ve become the country’s most reliable and biggest selling touring rock band.
Expect to hear some new material at these concerts, as the band’s currently working on their untitled ninth studio album. This new album will be their first since 2012s Away From The World! Fans have long awaited for news on this tour as the band took a break during 2017 from touring, we welcome them back to the stage with open arms.
