The popular showcase of miniature railcars running on elaborately configured tracks winding through intricate cityscapes returns this holiday season with coronavirus safety precautions in place. Since 1987, The Trains at NorthPark has helped raise millions of dollars for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
The display goes touchless this year. Tickets must be purchased in advance and face masks and social distancing are required.
The Trains at NorthPark will be on view on Level 2 between Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom’s from Nov. 14-Jan. 3, 2021 (except on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).
Exhibit Closed: Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Early Closings: Thanksgiving Eve: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Christmas Eve: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; New Year’s Eve: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; New Year’s Day: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Due to health concerns surrounding the new coronavirus, many events are being canceled. The event editors at The Dallas Morning News are updating as many listings as we can and we suggest double checking with event organizers and/or venues to confirm.
