Get (and keep) your work space organized with these genius DIY storage solutions.

PVC Pencil Holder
This pencil/marker/tool holder was made by gluing together seven 4″ sections of 2″ PVC pipe. You can easily add to this PVC pyramid as your pencil and marker collection grows.

Shoe Rack Spray Paint Holder
Repurpose a hanging shoe rack into a spray paint holder. The pockets are the perfect size for a can of spray paint and other paint accessories.

PVC Tape Holder
Got rolls of tape but can’t find the right one for the job when needed? Slide rolls of tape onto a piece of 1/2″ PVC tubing and mount onto a pegboard for an easy tape dispenser that takes seconds to assemble.

Tool Bucket
Create a portable tool bucket by drilling holes in the lid of a left over paint bucket or one from a home improvement store. The holes should be large enough to fit your tools with out them falling through. The inside of the bucket can be used for larger tools or supplies.

Screwdriver Holder
Line up your screwdrivers for easy access. A spare piece of 2×2 was attached to the side of a work bench with holes drilled through it (large enough to fit the metal part of the screwdrivers). Insert screw drivers and you are ready to go!

Carabiner Wrench Holder
Hang carabiners from a pegboard or hook near your work table to hold your wrenches.

Upcycled Ruler Tape Measure Clip
Keep your tape measures in place with this easy hack. An old metal ruler was re-purposed by attaching it to two wooden cleats at either end. The ruler is the perfect thickness to securely hold tape measure clips.

Jar Twine Dispenser
Punch a hole or use a canning jar lid with a hole in it to store twine. Feed the end of the twine through the hole for a no-fuss dispenser.

Binder Clip Hardware Holder
Use binder clips to keep track of small hardware pieces like washers and bolts. If you want to be super organized, add a label to one side of the metal ring that denotes the size of the washer or bolt.

Foam Sharp Tool Holder
This tool holder was made from a spare piece of thick insulation glued to a board. Jab drill bits and other sharp tool into the foam board for easy access and cleanup.
