Texas Cities Ranking High for Tech Hires

But two other Texas cities rank up there, as well; Houston ranked fourth, while Dallas tied for fifth (with Charlotte, NC; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; San Francisco and Portland, OR). Nationally, of those polled, 67% plan to expand their teams by adding full-time employees, a four-point increase from the beginning of the year.

Respondents cited technology needs, including cybersecurity, cloud security, computing and architecture; business intelligence and reporting services; database management and virtualization/enterprise resource planning implementation and development operations.
