Treat your loved one to a multicourse prix fixe dinner or even brunch with bubbles. Most specials are offered Feb. 14, but some restaurants are offering deals all week. Be sure to make reservations: Valentine’s Day is one of the biggest dining occasions of the year.

The casual joint is celebrating Galentine’s Day with a four-day Texas Exes promotion Feb. 13-16. Guests who show a photo of their ex can get a 14-cent Lone Star Beer or a $1.14 Texas 2-Step Cocktail (made with Deep Eddy Lemon and Cranberry Vodkas). Bird Cafe

The Fort Worth eatery is offering a la carte dinner dishes in addition to the full menu. The french restaurant is serving a four-course dinner that includes hamachi, lobster bisque, beef filet with black truffle fondant potato and grilled scallion, or poached salmon with mushroom consommé and root vegetables. Dessert options include chocolate raspberry crémeux with lychee and raspberry sorbet. First-come, first-served open seating is available both nights in the lounge with a limited menu. Prix fixe seatings are available from 5 to 10 p.m. Feb. 14-15. $145 per person; optional wine pairings are $95 per person. 400 S. Record St., Dallas.

Cantina Laredo

The modern Mexican restaurant is offering a three-course Valentine’s menu Feb. 10-15. The menu includes grilled salmon salad on a corn tostada, red fish with tomato artichoke beurre blanc sauce, enchiladas with lump crab meat, chocolate strawberries and churros. $35 per person; optional drink pairings are $15. Available at 4546 Belt Line Road, Addison; and 1125 Legacy Drive, Frisco.

Cool River Cafe

El Chico Cafe

El Fenix

The Tex-Mex chain is offering chicken fajitas for two for $19.99 for dine-in only on Feb. 14. Multiple area locations.

Ellerbe Fine Foods

The Fort Worth restaurant is serving a Valentine’s menu Feb. 14-15 with options that include white bean crostini, creamy cauliflower soup with melted brie and parsley breadcrumbs, Sicilian seared swordfish with couscous, chef’s choice steak with twice-baked mashed potatoes, Champagne cake and salted dark chocolate tart. $85 per person; optional wine pairings are $35 per person. Morton’s the Steakhouse

Norma’s Cafe

The cafe is offering laid back four-course special for two for $39.99 on Feb. 14, no reservations required. The meal includes fried cheese sticks or fried mushrooms to share; two garden salads; a choice of Southern fried catfish or grilled Angus ribeye steak, both served with fried or grilled shrimp; and homemade strawberry pie to share. Locations in Dallas, Frisco and Plano.

Nosh Bistro

The Dallas eatery is offering a special a la carte menu that includes ahi tuna tartare, butter poached jumbo lump crab, grilled half-rack of lamb with heirloom marble potatoes, pan-seared local chicken with truffles and pommes frites, pan-seared halibut with lobster sauce, Dover sole wrapped diver scallops with white truffle mashed potatoes and a tasting of Valentine’s desserts. Ocean Prime

The seafood joint serving its regular dinner menu and a special Valentine’s dish: roasted sea bass over Alaskan king crab gnocchi with Champagne cream, topped with baby carrot salad in a preserved lemon pepper vinaigrette. Feb. 14 from 4 to 11 p.m. 2101 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas.

Partenope Ristorante

The Southern Italian eatery is offering a three-course prix fixe menu with arugula salad with prosciutto chips and walnuts, ricotta and spinach ravioli, an amaretti dessert and a glass of prosecco. The regular menu will also be available. $55 per person on Feb. 14-15 from 5 to 11 p.m. 1900 Main St., Dallas.

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille

The steakhouse is serving a three-course prix fixe menu featuring favorites, like the 8-ounce Filet Perry, and new items, like the White Bean Pork Chili. Locations in Dallas and Plano are offering a three-course prix menu on Feb. 14 with items like crawfish and tarragon tortellini with basil lobster sauce, caprese and crabmeat salad, pan-roasted Florida grouper with a basil and crawfish lemon-caper sauce, rosemary-crusted rack of lamb with fingerling potatoes, a panna cotta trio and red velvet tiramisu. Guests also will be served white and dark chocolate long-stem strawberries. Rainforest Cafe

Couples who get engaged at the restaurant Feb. 14 will receive a complimentary toast at their table every time they dine for a year. 8687 N. Silver Fox

The restaurant offering a Valentine’s menu for couples Feb. 7-15 that includes creamy lobster bisque or III Forks salad; two 6-oz. filet mignon and a shared 8-oz. lobster tail with potatoes, sugar snap peas, tomatoes and spring onions; chocolate ganache cake; and chocolate strawberries. $170 per couple. Three locations in Fort Worth, Frisco and Richardson.

TJ’s Seafood Market and Grill

The Royal Lane location is featuring a four-course prix fixe dinner with jumbo lump crab cake, brown-butter-seared salmon, spice-rubbed beef tenderloin medallions, pappardelle pasta with wild mushroom cream and Key lime pie. Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House

The seafood eatery offering its regular menu Feb. 14 with options like pan seared scallops and Alaskan king crab and signature carrot cake, a special cocktail called the TruLuv and complimentary truffles.
