Dallas Blooms: Sounds of Spring

Dallas Blooms: Sounds of Spring at Dallas Arboretum

Color bursting tulip, daffodil, and hyacinth beds will thrill visitors during the Dallas Blooms spring celebration at the Dallas Arboretum.
This year’s floral extravaganza features more than 500,000 blooming spring bulbs along with music-themed topiaries, entertainment, food and special activities. On display are tulips, daffodils, Dutch Iris and hyacinths, pansies, violas and thousands of other spring annuals and perennials that bloom throughout the entire festival, so the garden changes all the time.

Blooms, Boots & BBQ Fest kicks off Dallas Blooms on Feb. 29-March 1 with country music, barbecue vendors, dance performances and line dancing lessons. More events are offered during Dallas Blooms including Easter and Spring Break activities, weekend bands and the Cool Thursday Concert Series. There will also be tasting and cooking classes, wine and beer pairings, Spring Tea in the garden, book signings, speakers and special activities for children.

Dallas Blooms runs Feb. 29-April 12. Admission is $17 for adults, $14 for seniors 65 and older, $12 for children 2-12, and free for children younger than 2. On-site parking is $15; pre-purchased online parking is $10.
