Are you looking to make a move in 2020? Well let’s talk about that today. If you’re thinking about selling, it’s that time of year and your house never looks better than it does in spring and summer. The grass is green, flowers are blooming, everything just looks great, and so starting to get your house ready to sell, this is a good time to start thinking about it. Do you need to repaint? Do you need to clean up a little bit? Do you need to declutter, do you need to start throwing some stuff out? These are all things you might want to start thinking about if you’re thinking about making a move in 2020.
Are you thinking about buying a home in 2020? Ah, this is also a good time to look, because houses are bright and cheerful and you’re seeing them with everything blooming. Seeing them in the fall and winter’s also good because you kinda see how it reacts to weather and whatever, but a house always just looks so great in the spring and summer and then that way we’re all outside and enjoying every bit of our home.
So it’s a good time to look at that as well. There’s usually more on the market, sometimes spring and summer. For buyers, inventory gets a little bit less as we go into the fall, so there’s that as far as having some more choices out there at this time.
If you’re thinking about making a move in 2020, now’s the time to start thinking about it. Do we need to talk to a lender, do you need to figure out if you sell this where you’re gonna move to, all of those things come into play, and we can start that conversation now, even if you don’t want to move for three to six months.
If you’re not thinking about selling or buying for three to six months, this is still the right time to get things started. You can be talking to a lender to decide…what is your budget, where do you need to be looking…just kind of start to get the whole process going Start a conversation going now so that we’ll be ready to move when you are.
So if you’re ready to make a move in 2020…let’s talk.
