The mission of Housing Crisis Center is to prevent homelessness and to stabilize those at risk in decent, affordable, and permanent housing, and to empower them to solve their own housing problems in the future.
Veterans Housing Partnership, Permanent Housing Services and All Citizens Empowered are three programs Housing Crisis Center offers to serve different populations of the chronically homeless.
Newly homeless families with children are housed through our Home Again program for a maximum of 12 months. Participants receive intensive coaching and other support services to help them resolve the issues that contributed to their homelessness.
The central component of our program is supportive services through coaching sessions on daily living skills, employment and financial well-being, in an effort to fast track the participant toward independent living, with their goals in mind.
