So now’s the time to get ready for that spring and summer sales season. The market is so crazy right now, we are still so low on inventory. our MLS stats came out and we are 65% down in listings from this time last year. That is a lot. That is a lot of inventory that we’re lacking to sell. It’s a great time putting your home on the market, but it needs to be in great condition, it needs to look like a real model home, and you can get it sold pretty quickly.
