Celebrate the Fourth with live music, food and fireworks along the Trinity River. Festival grounds will open at 6 p.m. to give patrons the opportunity to spread out and safely enjoy the evening, which culminates with a spectacular pyrotechnic display at 9:30 p.m. Guests can bring their own tubes and float in the river from 6 until 8 p.m. No tube rentals or outside coolers will be allowed.
