Pups and their people can splash, float and paddle at the Frisco Water Park. For your pup’s safety, there are separate sessions for small (9:30 to 11 a.m.) and large dogs over 35 pounds (11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.). Check the website for information about submitting photos of your dog for these contests: best doggy paddle, best ball retriever, and best doggone summer style. Winners will receive a bag of doggy swag. Rain out day is Sept. 19.

$8 per dog, $8 per human. Registration is a two-step process that includes an advance ticket purchase and a completed and signed waiver form.
