STROKES, THE KICK-OFF FOR ART IN THE SQUARE SHOWCASING 2021 FEATURED ARTISTS IS BEING DISPLAYED AT SOUTHLAKE TOWN HALL.
While enjoying this fabulous artwork, you are also invited to cast a vote for your favorite artist for the 2021 Art in the Square. The artist receiving the most votes will be the 2021 People’s, Choice Winner. The public has the opportunity to vote through the end of April.
Strokes is co-sponsored by the Southlake Arts Council, Apex Arts League, and Art in the Square/Southlake Women’s Club.
Art in the Square (AITS) Southlake has been postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The new dates are September 24-26, 2021.
The 2021 AITS Committee has held multiple meetings and has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic relative to large gatherings. We have determined that postponement can only assist in the advancement of the health of our community and of those who attend from near and far.
It is highly important for us to continue to place the safety and well-being of our artists, patrons, volunteers, vendors, partners, and community as our top priority. While we were so proud to announce our #1 ranking in 2020, we will be even prouder to carry that ranking forward and conduct a safer festival in the fall of 2021. We’ll see you in September!
LOCATION
Art In The Square is held at Southlake Town Square, a unique, open-air lifestyle shopping district with more than 120 shops and dozens of fine restaurants.
PARKING
Parking lots and garage structures in Southlake Town Square are free of charge.
The Granite Place Parking Garage at 550 Reserve Street will be available during Art in the Square weekend.
