This year’s theme is “Taste of Texas,” and corny dogs sizzling in the fryers is just one of many traditions that are returning. There will be flashy, new cars parked at the Texas Auto Show; the midway buzzing with games; rodeo action in the Coliseum; a parade and light show; college football games; lots of shopping; and a few dozen concerts — each free, with admission into the fair.
